Server Installation and Maintenance Services

As Promet, we provide a wide range of server, desktop and thin client services. Maintenance, software support, consulting and execution of projects for Microsoft, Linux servers and workstations; Some of our services include outsourcing technicians/engineers to be assigned to customers' IT units.

Remote Monitoring-Management Services

Within the scope of our remote monitoring and management services, it is aimed that our customers’ network infrastructure and systems operate at the highest performance and uninterruptedly.

It is ensured that the potential problems and sources of problems of the customers are determined and eliminated with a proactive approach in advance, the best operating results are obtained and business losses are prevented. With this service, regular reports are sent to customers regarding the status of the network infrastructure and systems, and improvement suggestions are also offered.
