PERSONEL ÖZLÜK YÖNETİMİ
Personel özlük dosyası İş Kanunu’nun 75. maddesine göre
işverenin işçi hakkında tutması gereken evrak bütünüdür. İş
Kanunu ve diğer kanunlar uyarınca düzenlenmesi zorunlu
belge ve kayıtları saklamak ve talep edildiğinde bunları
göstermek işveren için zorunluluktur.
"Personnel personnel file is the whole of the documents
that the employer must keep about the employee
according to Article 75 of the Labor Law. It is an obligation
for the employer to keep the documents and records that
are required to be issued in accordance with the Labor
Law and other laws and to show them when requested."
