BORDRO YÖNETİMİ
Bordro yönetimi, bir işletmenin bordrolama ve izin süreçleri
gibi personele dair tüm operasyonel süreci ifade eden bir
kavram olarak tanımlanıyor. İşçinin bir aylık çalışması
karşılığında hak ettiği ücreti o işçiye ödemek için yapılan
çalışmaların bütünü olarak ifade ediliyor.
"Payroll management is defined as a concept that
expresses the entire operational process of an enterprise,
such as payroll and leave processes. It is expressed as the
whole of the work done to pay the worker the wage he
deserves in return for one month's work."
