Hatalı davranışlardan uzak durmayı, doğru davranmayı
sağlamaya yönelik ilke, kural ve uygulamaları kapsar.
Disiplin eylemi: Personelin örgütsel kuralları ihlal ettiği veya
performansının müdahale gerektirecek kadar bozulduğu
durumlarda bir dizi caydırıcı, düzeltici uygulamaya
başvurulmasıdır.
"It covers the principles, rules and practices aimed at
avoiding wrongful behavior and ensuring correct behavior.
Disciplinary action: It is a series of deterrent and corrective
practices in cases where the personnel violates the
organizational rules or their performance deteriorates so
much as to require intervention."
